Spin-photon interface controlled optical switching in a nanobeam waveguide

We demonstrate a single InGaAs quantum dot electron spin controlled photon switch in a nanobeam waveguide with 4-fold switching ratio, a spin-state preparation fidelity of 96%, and a lifetime T1 approaching 5 μs.
