The mystery of mammoth's extinction
When Professor Eske Willerslev is going to find out why mammoths became extinct, he travels to some of the most desolate areas of the world: the wilderness of Siberia and Alaska. Expeditions are both dangerous and exhausting. But scientists are rewarded when they come back to Copenhagen with DNA from mammoths and can tell important news about why the large animals became extinct.
