Currently working on patented UHV-compatible selectivity solutions for multiple independent in-situ depositions of semi- and superconducting nano- and micro-scale patterns for quantum and biotech applications.
Other works include strain relaxation and crystal growth modelling including kinetics, diffusion and morphology for selective area growth of III/V heterostructures in molecular beam epitaxy.
