Title: How living systems adapt to changing physical environment.

Abstract: 'How living systems adapt to changing physical environment' is an experimental Ph.D., where the two different living systems, single fibroblast cells and pancreas organoids, were exposed to changing temperature and changing medium viscoelasticity, respectively.

The organoids' changes in shape and size and the intracellular response of the master regulator, NF-kB, in fibroblast cells were quantified, and it was found that the physical properties of the environment it had a significant impact on the biological mechanisms of both systems.
