Titel:  Investigation of Localization Effects in a Josephson Junction Array

Abstract: We have investigated the localization effects in a Josephson junction array, made of a superconductor-semiconductor hybrid material. We are able to create a gate defined nanowrire grid coupled to superconducting islands in the device. Through magnetoconductance measurement we investigate the device properties. Seeing signatures of Al’tshuler-Aronov-Spivak oscillations and weak anti-localization. By analysing the interference effects, we arrive at a phase coherence length, above 1 micron, and strong spin orbit coupling in our system.
