Title: Simulation of the Sudden Net Zero Controlled-Phase Gate

Abstract: In this project, we present the theoretical framework used to describe the dynamics of the sudden Net Zero (SNZ) pulsing scheme that implements a controlled-phase quantum gate, as proposed by Negirneac et al.[18]. Using this framework, we numerically simulate the SNZ controlled-phase gate over a range of pulse parameterizations and evaluate the performance in terms of leakage and entanglement fidelity.

We find that our simulation of the SNZ pulsing scheme exhibits high-fidelity, low-leakage conditional-phase control, demonstrating a promising capability for implementing a controlled-phase quantum gate.
