Dansk Fysisk Selskab Annual Meeting 2025

Dansk Fysisk Selskab Annual Meeting 2025

Dear Physicist

We are very pleased to invite you to the DFS Annual Meeting 2025! Registration is now open.

The meeting will be held on May 14. and 15., 2025, at Demant/Oticon Hall at DTU, Technical University of Denmark, Anker Engelunds Vej 101, 2800 Kongens Lyngby and is organized in collaboration with DTU Physics.

The DFS Annual Meeting is the highlight of the year and brings together physicists from institutes, research groups and companies across the country for two days of exciting plenary talks about the latest research, thematic parallel sessions, a poster session with prizes, a 3-course dinner, socializing and network opportunities. This year, the program offers 15 parallel sessions with subjects such as quantum physics, energy, ultrafast measurements, nuclear and particle physics, solid state physics, AI, astrophysics and much more.

Poke your students!

For young researchers and students in particular, the annual meeting is an excellent opportunity to present their work to their peers, and we encourage anyone interested to submit an abstract for a short presentation or a poster. Submissions are welcome in all fields of physics. Cash prizes will be awarded to the best poster presentations, and the winners will be presented on our social media as well as in www.kvant.dk.

You can sign up for the meeting right now and you can read much more about the event here.
