Primary fields of research
Through observations with some of the most powerful telescopes on Earth (ALMA, SMA) and in space (Herschel, JWST), I seek to understand the origin of the incredibly complex organic chemistry found in star- and planet-forming regions. Specifically, I extrapolate current knowledge to more extreme environments where thousands of stars are currently forming, both in our own Galaxy and beyond.
