Title: The Dark Dimension of the Quantum Gravity Swampland 

Abstract: I will review the basic ideas of the Swampland program and explain how, when put together with the smallness of the vacuum energy we measure today, they lead naturally to a scenario with one large extra dimension of micrometer size. I will explain the consequences of this scenario and its predictions for particle physics and cosmology, several of which can be verified in the near future.
