Title: "Wave diffraction in pictures".

Abstract: Diffraction occurs when a wave facesan obstacle. In our 3D space, diffraction can be classified into three groups: 0D tip diffraction, 1D edge diffraction and 2D creeping diffraction. I would like to show you typical diffraction examples in optics, acoustics, elastics, multi-physics and medicine. I will conclude by citating my (in co-authorship) paper deriving an analytical formula, which generalised the Kirchhoff wave propagation integral for concave-shaped 3D media causing diffraction into Fresnel shadow.
