Title: BUYING into GREENLAND: A precise complimentary record of the last glacial period from an American Cave.

Abstract: I will present a stalagmite d¹⁸O time-series anchored to a precise uranium-series chronology (with a mean 2-s uncertainty of 70 years) from Fort Stanton Cave, New Mexico (FS-AH1).  The record, from 11 to 48 kybp, matches both the long timescale trend and the millennial scale rapid changes observed in the Greenland ice core data.
