Seminar by Professor Edward Hanna
Title: Greenland Ice Sheet surface mass balance and links with climate change.
Speaker: Professor Edward Hanna, University of Lincoln.
Edward Hanna is a professor of climate science and meteorology at Lincoln University, UK. He has led international teams to reconstruct the Greenland Ice Sheet surface mass balance, and he is currently leading a team to investigate the degree to which short-term fluctuations and extreme events in the ice sheets reflect their longer-term evolution and response to climate change.
