N2 - This thesis treats the experiences of fatigue after stroke. Based on a qualitative fieldwork conducted among people who have had a stroke, it explores how they experience fatigue. This is done by way of an ethnological examination of how the informants locate fatigue in their everyday lives. By approaching their location as both place and practice, it is illustrated how a stroke may dislocate and relocate the experience of fatigue and how a new location of fatigue calls for new meaningful contexts in everyday life.
