CHAMELEON - European ITN Network
CHAMELEON is a Marie Curie Innovative Training Network (CM-ITN) for European Joint Degrees. The network combines the expertise in exoplanetary atmosphere and protoplanetary disk modelling from researchers at eight European research institutes.
The network focuses on the development of Virtual Laboratories, which is a crucial tool to analyse current and future disk and exoplanet observations in detail. In the Virtual Laboratories, the researchers will combine existing, well-tested theoretical modelling tools of varying complexity to explore their combined strength, limits, and the need for new techniques.
The CHAMELEON network consists of researchers from eight european research institutes, among which the Niels Bohr Institute at Copenhagen University. At the Niels Bohr Institute, Professor Uffe Gråe Jørgensen and Professor Anja C. Andersen are involved in the research efforts and will be supervising eight Double Degree PhD students.

The CHAMELEON Network makes use of Virtual Laboratories to model planet-forming disks, Exoplanet Atmospheres and to predict observations and carry out Data analysis. More details and background information for each of the Virtual Laboratories can be found on the Network's website chameleon.wp.st-andrews.ac.uk/virtual-laboratories/
