Tomás Ortín visits Strong

Professor Tomás Ortín from the Instituto de Física Teórica (Madrid) visited Strong in May. Tomas is an expert on gravity, supergravity and string theory. Besides being a collaborator of the group, working with David Pereñiguez, he delivered a NBI Joint Theory Seminar on black hole mechanics and thermodynamics in various gravitational theories.
